You can generate a compressed file that contains data for
analyzing installation problems.
IBM® Software
Support can use this file to help troubleshoot issues that you encounter
with
IBM Installation Manager.
Procedure
To export installation data for problem analysis:
- In Installation
Manager,
go to .
- In the Export Installation Data window,
click Browse to select a directory location
for the compressed file.
- Enter a name for the compressed file.
- Click OK.
Results
A compressed file that contains the installation data is created.
