You can sign out of the Accelerated Event Notification
client if you want to connect to a different ObjectServer, or if you
want to temporarily log off the client.

To sign out:
Procedure
- Perform the appropriate action for your operating system:

Right-click over the floating notifier panel, and click Sign
Out from the pop-up menu. |

From the Windows system
tray, right-click over the Connected icon or
the You have Messages icon, and click Sign
Out from the pop-up menu. |
- When prompted to confirm that you want to sign out from
the server, click Yes.
Results
You are disconnected from the ObjectServer, and the status
of the notifier icon changes to
Not Connected.
All pop-up notifiers are closed and the contents of the
Historical
Data Viewer window are cleared.
When you sign out, the
Accelerated Event Notification client continues to run in the background.
