Use this window to view details of the hosts that are configured
in the Server Editor or connections data file ($NCHOME/etc/omni.dat on UNIX
and %NCHOME%\ini\sql.ini on Windows).
Tip: Once you have started Netcool/OMNIbus Administrator,
you can select at any time to import new server communication information
specified in the Server Editor. This information facilitates communication
between Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus server components such as ObjectServers, gateways,
process agents, and proxy servers.
In the
Host Report window,
the following details are shown for each host:
- The name of the host computer, as defined in the Server Editor or connections
data file
- The IP address of the host computer
- The region or unit into which the host is grouped for ease
of management
